At Lightworks Lab, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are our return and refund guidelines to help you through the process.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, a return must be initiated instead.

Return Eligibility: Returns accepted for 14 days
- To qualify for a return, items must be:.
- In their original condition, unused or unworn.
- Complete with tags and original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
- Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your package.
- Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders).
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items). ( Returns not necessary, but will need a picture of said damaged product) will return payment for broken-damaged (handmade products) guaranteed.
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
- Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
- To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is received, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
