How to use

Pour one salt-and-clay portion into its botanical tea bag. Place the filled tea bag in warm-hot bath and allow the ingredients to dissolve. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the botanicals and aroma, then settle in and enjoy.

Repeat with your second selected blend.

For a foot soak, add 2-3 Tablespoons to warm-hot water and soak your stress away.
