Really high quality dress but its too long and a bit too loose for me, so I'm returning it. Wish they had an xs. For reference, I'm 34DD, 28 waist, 36 hip, 5'0 exactly and weigh 125lbs.
I love this dress so much that I bought it in FIVE colors!! Bought the Black one first, then ordered Red, White, Navy and Baby Blue!! This is a reincarnation of the Chemise, or Sack Dress of the 1950s ... with a touch of Chanel, to make them even classier!! These dresses are well-made and look waay more expensive than they are. There is a bit of a challenge getting the wrinkles out, but you can steam them or put them in the dryer with a damp towel to smooth out the fold lines. I wear mine with knee boots for an even more retro look. The Sack Dress (or Chemise) is ideal for those of who are "short-waisted" . . . with no belt needed, you get a sleek, smooth silhouette that is both slimming and fashionable. The woven trim and decorative buttons make accessories unnecessary.
I would definitely recommend this dress. It is true to size and flattering. Don't be deceived by the body con in the description. It is not a dress that looks like club wear (which I associate with body con) and if you are under 5'6" the length is perfect and conservative for work. Fabric is soft and comfy. It is a sweater dress so it feels a little on the hot side for summer temps, but I still wear it when I know I'm going to be in cold A/C all day. Cute colors and the buttons make it look more classy - not cheapy. Pair with gold dangle or pearl earrings and a gold bracelet and you are good to go.
